Vendor Management and Negotiation

This Direct to Consumer company experienced rapid assortment expansion and onboarded hundreds of new vendors with little to no vetting or terms negotiation. When it was time to switch gears to vendor optimization the team was retrained and formal negotiation meetings took place. Cost savings were achieved in a few short months while relationships became focused and mutually successful.
